  • 1½ Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. canned pumpkin
  • 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme

  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 whole chicken (4 lb.)
